This drawer has made typing so much easier than the keyboard holder I had before. I love this because I can store my mouse in it as well. The cushioned hand rest makes it so much more comfortable.

The only thing I don't like about this drawer is that you can't close the drawer if you have the mouse tray open. I had a drawer before this one and you were able to close the drawer and keep the mouse on the tray. With this one you have to take the mouse off the tray and and close it before you can slide drawer under desk.

The drawer is very sturdy for the price and has helped my posture - less leaning over the desktop as I am able to lean back with my shoulders down.

I'm giving it a higher rating because the brackets to hold the tray are metal, not plastic. Huge plus. My concern is the depth of the tray itself. I should have realized when the length of the glides was stated as 16", that the tray would be of similar depth. I could easily store two keyboards, one in front of the other, on this tray.Of course I won't, that would be silly. *I have now installed it, and that part was not easy. It took two of us, even with the "guide" template they provide for the screws. For some reason, it is a tight fit on one side and loose on the other, which causes it to wobble. I suspect I'll get it figured out eventually. The tray itself is made of what seems to be a mid-grade plastic. I use it daily (at work) and I think with the metal brackets, it will hold nicely. **KEEP IN MIND if you are planning on using the pull out mouse tray, you will need at least a 33" clearance under the desk (width) to keep the mouse tray open when you glide the entire tray back. Another SERIOUS consideration - My desk isn't conventional, it is a built-in & the top surface is like a countertop so there is a 1/2" lip underneath to contend with when figuring height requirements for installation purposes.

The gel wrist is a nice touch. I think if I were to take off the protective backing, it would stick forever in place. I have chosen to leave it loose until I know for sure where I want it. It is heavy enough to stay in one place.

I do not think this product is worthy of price charged as I had a tray made of plastic very similar and this tray has no better features. Cost three times that of plastic tray with no better features
