A basic design flaw: the surface where you put the sticky strip is not flush with the outside edges of the hook. The hook essentially lifted the sticky strip off the wall. It was impossible press the sticky part against the wall. So it wouldn't stick.

I stuck it on the wall and waited one hour as instrucked. It was suppose to hold 3 lbs. I weighed a bag to be sure it was not too heavy. As soon as I hung the 2.5 lb bag on it, it fell off the wall.
