The name of the product, "Picture Hangers" doesn't do justice, really, to how versatile it is. These are command adhesive strips with strong and durable Velcro between the two halves. If you have a picture that keeps going crooked, you can use this product to hang it to stay level. If you have a heavy bulletin board, you can use several pair around the perimeter for a very effective hold. I think the hold is strong enough that it would be overkill for hanging light things, like pens, but it would be good for hanging heavier things on walls, like clocks, rulers, small flashlights, water main wrench, etc.

I used these to hang large items in my K5 classroom. They have held up well and withstood the trials of 24 sets of hands. Great and so easy to use!

If your hanging , say, a post card, this would be a wonderful product. For all other purposes, use anything else. It appears to be a very poor Velcro knock off, not at all what I expected.You do get what you pay for, so spend a little more, get some Velcro and your pictures will ride out a moderate earthquake with ease.
