I hoped the hook would satisfy my need but it was just too small/short. Other hooks of this design were long enough but the opening was too large. Need a larger hook with something behind the tip that would hold an item in place more securely. I ended up using "cord holders" which work fine.

I'm using these hooks to hang photos used in a major presentation for a local service organization meeting building. These hooks really work well on cinder block walls, as long as directons are followed closely - need to give adhesive ample time to set prior to use, or they will fail.
