We use these cord holders behind furniture to hold an extension cord end up so we can keep it accessible when needed. They work as advertised. Probably best suited to smaller lightweight applications.

I tried twice, thinking that perhaps I hadn't properly cleaned the wall and some oil was preventing solid adhesion. I waited twice the required time before using it, and it again popped off the wall as soon as looped the cord - a standard S-video cord - into it.

Charger Cord Control

I love these cord hooks! I use it for guiding charger cords from the wall outlet or power strip up the side of my desk to the top. Then I don't have to crawl under my desk to find the charger end. The chargers are all lined up ready to go.
