Comments about 3M Privacy Anti-Glare Filters; Fits 19.0 LCD or Flat CRT:
Privacy is not as good as I had hoped. View is darkened as you move to the side but much of it is still legible. The data is definitely NOT clear even when viewing spot on. The adhesive tabs are tricky to line up with the filter and I doubt they'll last.

About Me Quality Oriented
I purchased this due to the fact that my job requires me to have access to a lot of private personal information. My office is very open and I have a few fellow workers who like to come chat and check otu what is on my laptop. Now instead of have to shut the lid, unless they are standing directly behind me, they cannot see what is on my screen makes it a lot more private and much more convenient for me. However, it comes with these little stickers that mount it to the computer screen, I have found they do nothing but fall off and are more of a pain then anything else. I personally like to remove the screen when I take my laptop home.
"Getting the perfect fit, takes work"
By Josie

I ordered this privacy screen for my monitor, specifically for the advertised anti-glare and reduced eye strain features, to use at work. The appearance of the filter screen is sleek and appealing. Unfortunatedly, I was never able to achieve the right fit for my monitor screen.
Screen dark, probably will get use to.

Recently applied privacy filter. It is dark, but will have to get use to.
