I had to make a large box about 6 inches larger. This entailed extending the sides by taping more cardboard to the box. After packing the unit firmly into the box, I wrapped the "Scotch Extreme Application Packaging Tape" completely around the box, securing both the length and width with several windings. The dispenser was easy to use and the cutting knife was sharp.
I sent the package via FedEx Ground and have received a reply from the recipient commenting on the quality of the packaging and creativity of the box modification.
Believe me, that box arriving safely was not a sure bet unless the tape held.
Bottom line: GOOD TAPE!

Need a clip or slide blade protector (like shavers). Always nick myself getting the cardboard protector out of the blade area. Otherwise, it is quicker to go than changing rolls on the holders.
