              I have bought 4 of these tape dispensers and I am now buying my 5th. I have had no problems at all with them. They are easy to load, no instructions needed. It is pretty obvious how the tape should slide onto the roller plus there is a picture on the box for those who can't figure it out. It glides easily over boxes I am taping up and all I need to do is a slight twist of the wrist to cut the tape. I would recommend this tape dispenser to anyone. It is the right price, works very well and is heavy duty. Great product!

              The tape totally sticks to the metal making this product useless. You spend more time fighting with the tape than actually DISPENSING with it! The more expensive products are probably totally worth the money saved by not wasting so much tape! Grrr...

                    I did not like this item. EVERY time I used this it got caught on the metal piece that holds the tape in place. I had to fight with it, and by this point there was such a large waste of tape.
