Program Details
Each year Quill extends a limited number of invitations to join Quill Rewards. Throughout
the year, Quill will evaluate participants' activity in Quill Rewards and remove
those who are not actively purchasing from Quill. Rest assured, even if you are
no longer a member of Quill Rewards, Quill will always treat you as a valued customer
and continue to offer you other money-saving opportunities.
Terms & Conditions
Points will be awarded for net purchase amount of products purchased at Quill only
and only when invoice is paid on time. Subject to these terms and conditions, points
may be redeemed for product rewards ("Rewards"). No points awarded on amounts paid
for sales tax and shipping. Minimum purchase of $750 per year is required to redeem
points. Points will be awarded for invoices paid through December 31, 2009. Points
must be redeemed by January 31, 2010; all points for which a Reward has not been
requested by this date will expire automatically without further notice; no points
will carry over beyond this date. Rewards not requested within the specified promotional
deadline will not be honored. No individual will be awarded more than 25,000 points
regardless of purchase level. Points are non-transferable. Void where prohibited,
taxed, or restricted by law. Points have no cash value. Once points have been redeemed
for a Reward, they are non-refundable and cannot be converted back into points.
Rewards may only be returned or exchanged for identical replacement product if the
Reward is damaged or defective. Damaged and defective Rewards must be returned within
30 days of delivery. Once Reward request has been submitted, products purchased
for which points have been awarded are non-returnable. Any taxes due and payable
on the points or rewards are the obligation of the individual receiving the points
or Rewards. QUILL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES IN CONNECTION WITH ANY
REWARDS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY. Certain Rewards may require customer to pay for shipping and handling.
Quill is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected mail in conjunction with
this program.
Only the original recipient is eligible for the Quill Rewards program. Quill reserves
the right to revise or cancel this program at any time without prior notice. Rewards
subject to change or cancellation without notice.
