In my line of work I need a sharp edge with a clear view of the design beneath the ruler. This fills the bill. However, the numbers start to fade within a year of use. The ink from the markers I use come off on the plastic. Because it is so inexpensive I can afford to buy a new one every year.

We bought this ruler to use when making some presentation picture boards of our missionary work in the Philippines. The extra length (18" instead of 12") was very helpful in aligning our picutures and words on the boards. I like the clear, durable,and flexible plastic. I'm sure this ruler will come in handy in other projects we will be doing in the future. We live in the Philippines, and we are here in the States for six months. We will be taking the ruler back to the Philippines with us, and it will be a valuable addition to our office equipment.
