        This is a great product in every way, except the pair I recently received was a replacement because the handle had snapped inside the rubber coating. They do warrant their product and the replacement was free. I would buy them again.

                    When they worked - they worked well. I used them approximately 12 times and then the handle broke. I e-mailed the company - but have received no contact back (phone call, e-mail, refund, gift certificate, etc.). I have purchased more scissors as I do like good quality - and have broke one more pair. Not sure if I will continue to purchase / use.
