We need invoices for our shows. We hope to need more than two of these a year. We like the ability to retain a copy for our records being new at the business. Many customers like having a copy where we write a description of the material they have purchased for future reference because, as many of us as we age, are unable to remember what each item is made of or where it comes from by the time we reach the car, let alone getting all the way home and then trying to recall the name of each rock, slab or gem and where it comes from.

I like that it is a product made in the USA we should support our own country where we can. There is enough space to put the name of your business on the top above all the billing information. I had a stamp made up by Staples and I just stamp my information on the top of every invoice in blue it matches the lines and looks professional. They are numbered so they are easy to keep track of and your copy stays in the book if you chose not to rip it out. They only thing to look out for I have bought these many times and I had one book where the ink was faint.

I tried this product in place of my regular Adams
# 9621 Statement Book. I still prefer the 9621 product, because the carbon copy is not always needed, but my Wallingford Staples has stopped carring the Adams Statement Book # 9621. I now need a new source of supply for the #9621 as the product is more usefull for our purpose.
