I love the spiral bound. It is much easier to use and to write on than the traditional glue bound books. It includes all the fields that you need to have a complete receipt. However, I did not like how it didn't include a page divider to keep from copying over onto other pages behind the one you are writing on. I made my own out of a thin piece of cardstock that I had at home. Would have been nice to already have it included though. I would recommend this to anyone thinking about purchasing it.

The cover acts as the barrier between receipts, which leaves the receipts unprotected. Very disappointed that an extra piece of heavyweight cardstock was not included.

At our business, we needed a form of receipt handling that would show sequence and be presented in a manner that would be easy to present to our accountant. This notebook provides the perfect format for all of these. It is compact, makes legible copies, without the use of carbons, and the rings on the binder are strong enough to keep the copies held in a secure fashion. The numbered copies also make it very easy when referencing a certain payment and validating proper account activity.

I use the receipt book for the school. I love that it has the carbon copy for my records and all the options to check off such as what their source of payment is. We don't need a lot of space to write too much information and these receipt books give just the right amount for the amount of information I need to document. If I could add anything to these it would probably be a place for the check number or money order number otherwise these work out great for us. When I am done with the books and need to store them they don't take up a lot of space either.
