We have 6 Multifamily apartment buildings and they are nice for tenant file storage. I can write tenant name and property on the top and date of move in and move out or whatever else I need.
The sides need reinforced better I think. I have been reinforcing sides with duct tape or masking.

Other than that they are awesome.

These folders are made for a large capacity. We have many different jobs for the same product or large complicated jobs that I like to keep all together. We make good use of the expandable nature of the folders and once they are expanded to their capacity the title can be seen just fine. They are heavy weight paper and can hold up to repeated use. I just stopped into the Quill website to purchase more of them.

Use for individual jobs. Good quality. Plenty of room for notes or small bulky items or samples.

We use these folders to hold all paperwork for each individual job. The expanding part of the folder makes placing the papers in the folder more difficult. We would prefer them not to expand.

We use the folder to hold contracts and progress billings. Papers get hung up on the 'fold to expand'. We do not need full expansion.

I recently purchased File Folder 9294 and when I went back to purchase more I was told that they had been discontinued!!! All they had to offer was the expanded version of the file folder. This is way too much folder for our type business. The other ones were absolutely perfect. I am very very disappointed. I ended up settling for the company brand folder that does not have pre-printed spaces for job info. I am so bummed that I cannot purchase these folders. This now makes the third type folder in our file cabinet. Please bring back Adams 9294!!! Thanks!

Why did you think you needed to drop the other folders. This one is horrible! Bulky, hard to use, don't need that much space for paperwork. Bring back the old design!

Papers get hung up on the center fold; thus the papers hide the job title. No one at this office likes these folders.

you cannot slip your job invoice in it go back to what you had. DONT FIX WHAT ISNT BROKEN

Papers are hard to put into this folder. With the old folders you could just slid your paperwork in the folder. Not enough writing space at the top of the folder. After 5 years of using the older folder,I will not order this new design folder again.
