Great quality product. Use in a business to take messages for people who are out of the office. Sometimes we have to go back months later to find a number and we can still read it. You have to press hard to make sure the carbon copy is clear and ledgible at a later date.

Great product, but they dont' supply a firm sheet to use as a message separator, making it possible to write through many copies at one time, so had to make one myself.

I love this message book. The best part of this is that it's carbonized and if you ever need to look back to find a number of business contact it's easy to do. We use this book at work and we find it invaluable. There's plenty of room to put all the important information needed for a call taken. When the salesmen at work lose their messages I can scan the copy part and email it to them. We also use this book to track incoming leads when the internal call log aren't kept up-to-date. it's part of my daily work routine.

I LOVE these phone message books. The binding is stronger than others I have used in the past and this book frequently takes a beating. It has a professional appearance and is great for people who want to keep a paper trail. However, the paper is relatively thin and individual sheets do not tear out cleanly unless you fold it first. One of the things that I like the most about these books is the amount of space for the actual message and not a lot of room is used up with checkboxes to return call/urgent, etc.
