          I consider myself to be somewhat computer-literate and can use programs with ease. However some products/programs can be rather tricky to figure out at first. That is not the case with Adobe Acrobat Pro X. This is a great prodct, it was easy to install, very user fiendly. I used it within a few minutes of opening the box. Great, great, great product!

                      Was using Acrobat 9 Pro for school (getting a masters), loved it. Tried out Acrobat X, very disappointed. Much harder to use than 9, portfolios not as good, doesn't look as crisp. In my opinion, 9 is a better tool.
