Comments about Alera� Radius Corner Bookcase in Mahogany Finish; 7-Shelves:

A good looking, and well constructed bookcase. The thickness of the wood pieces is substantially greater than other cases of this design. The weight of the unit (150 lbs.) confirms the extra material. The veneer appears to be thicker as well.

The design is plumb and square... unusual for self-assembled camlock engineering.

I've loaded every shelf with large reference books without a problem. shelving is secure, stable, and adjustable.

Only downside is the included anti-tip safety attachment appears to be too small. I used my own setup to cleat to a wall stud.

If you are looking for a heavy duty, user-assembled wood bookshelf I'd recommend this.
