While quality steno pads are increasingly difficult to find, unfortunately this item is not the answer for me. Foremost, I require heavier paper than used for this item. While this is the only brand we have in the office, at home I personally use a different brand made with heavier paper (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to mention the brand name here.) Sten pads are great for everything - from shopping lists to quick notes etc. etc.

Also, the pages detach too easily; very often pages will detach by themselves thru regular handling that I needed to remain intact.

Despite the above, I still gave this product 3 stars as it is better quality than most other sten pads out there.

Great steno pad. Stands up to tough daily use. Pages don't easily rip out and cover stand up to abuse.

The notebook is used every day at work and all day. The colors are important as it is always visual on a very busy day of phone support and day to day work.

Use this both at work and home. The perforated pages make for smooth tear offs to insert into files. Colors make notes easy to find in a pile of papers.
