This item isn't practical for a business. I have to slide the envelope over it a number of times before it is moist enough to stick. I find it easier and faster to use a sponge applicator which was also much cheaper.

Our office is still trying to decide if we like these. We were going through the glue sticks and adhesive rollers like crazy and so we thought we would try these to save money. Some like them, some aren't sure. You need to wash them out often or the water gets slimy and gross. And if there isn't enough water in them, the ball doesn't roll easily. It takes some getting used to but overall... they do work and they do save money.

Used to moisten envelopes. It does not stay wet and the ball does not roll easily which makes it inconvient to use.

Auqa Ball had a much better moistener a few years back. It was weighted on the bottom and the ball rolled very well. Would love to see that one brought back. Would buy it again but will never purchase one of these again.

was looking for the old style of to moisten envelopes the bottle just puts out to much water and this product does not quite get the moisture to the envelope. maybe they need to raise the ball up on the product or not so tight so that the ball can move more freely.
