It's only a sticky pad to stick on the outside of your phone. Air leaks out and in around the sticky pad so it's not durable. We bought two, then returned this product because it does not help hold a curved phone whatsoever. In a business of 20+ people, not a single person wanted to keep it.

This product is one of the best items in my office. The shoulder rest out lasted my old office phone. The old one was used by me every day for seven years and is still in good condition, we continue to use it. This is my second one BUT not because the old one gave out, I got a new phone. While on the phone I must use the computer and it allows me to be hands free for long business calls. It is very comfortable and looks very chic. I could not do my job without this product.

The shoulder rest was exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the cordless phones we use required some modification. Buy some heavy-duty Staples scissors and you won't notice that you have to cut the shoulder rest in half to access the battery compartment! Loving it so far.

Great for people taking calls all day but can't be tied down with a headset... I've tried the gel type but the outer material makes it slip off your sholder. This one works GREAT! I am very glad I bought this product!

More positive than negative-make sure the shoulder rest is aligned exactly where you want to attach it. The adhesive grabs and you are unable to remove or adjust it on the receiver.

Needed something to help ease my neck pain and this product has helped a lot. Ladies, you may want to remove your earring when using this product. It can get uncomfortable after a while.

I had one of these installed on my old phone. It's comfortable, rarely slips (it's happened once or twice in about 2 1/2 years of me using it and I think it was because it was on my hair) and cushiony as well as supportive for your neck. We recently got a new phone system and after only a few calls and my neck cramping, I terribly missed my old handset.I immediately went out and ordered two (one for me and one for a co-worker) for our new phone system.
