Very easy to set up, simple plug in and ready to use. Easy to read the handset and love how bright it is lit up. Nice price for base and second phone. This will probably be my last home land line phone. It's sturdy and reliable so far. Reception is good inside the house and out. Walked down driveway to mailbox and got clear reception up and back.

Needed to have a phone at my bedside. Phone always seemed to ring while I was napping. Now I can have a phone at my side no matter if I am on the porch, in bed, or sitting in the living room reading. The phone was extremely easy to set up. Directions were easy to follow. I have not had occasion to use the speaker part of the phone as of yet, but I am sure it will come in handy. What I like most was the price of this phone. It was very economical and fit right in with my budget. I am sure I will happy that I purchased this phone.

I am very definitely disappointed in the speed dialing, you have to scroll down thru the list of speed numbers and you can't hit a letter or number to go to the number desired. This is poor planning on AT & T's part! I want speed dialing to be easy to use and quick~ this is not quick or easy. Should fix this! On the other hand the tones and ringers are nice and loud, the answering system is excellent and the range on the phone staying very clear is also excellent. Is there an easier way to use the speed dialing that I am not aware of?

This was a good value for the money. I like the features of the telephones (i.e., speaker function, hold, etc.). AT&T is a reliable product; so I believe these phones will be durable and have longevity. I will probably purchase another set of two (2) phones to add to this set; as our home is quite large, with many rooms. I once had another set of AT&T phones which lasted for many years; so I am quite confident that I made a good investment. As I recall from the previous puchase, the batteries lasted an appreciable length of time. I would recommend this product to a friend.
