I contacted Austin regarding this, but haven;t had much of a response. I think the batch of cookies I received was messed up. They were puffy and airy, unlike other times I have ordered them from your site.

I ordered these for a non-profit group to resell as an ongoing fundraiser where they sell snacks. They were a big hit last year and people asked for them specifically. However, I have been told that this batch is not the same quality we got in the past. I was told that these were stale.
