Bought the product for the office, and used it one time, went to use it a 2nd time, and smelled a burnt when i turned it on, lost all power to it and now it wont even turn on at all. not even the clock. Tried it in another room, still didnt work.

Microwave shuts off after 2 minutes of use. If you need to use it longer than 2 minutes you need to only use it for 1 1/2 minutes, open the door so it can cool off and then start it back up after a few minutes. I should have returned it, but waited too long thinking maybe it would only happen a few times. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!

The microwave works great, but when I first got it, the door was off, so I had to push it straight. Also the closing tabs are VERY flimsy, not solid plastic like I've seen before, but thinner plastic that could easily break off. I wouldn't pay full price for this microwave, luckily I used Staples Rewards for the purchase. If you could get it at a discount, it would be a great microwave. Have had a little over a month and no other issues. Also, the chrome is all over, for those wondering.

ONE OF THE MICROWAVES RECIEVED WAS DENTED AND SENT IT BACK FOR REPLACEMENT.
LAST WEEK ONE OF THE OTHER MICROWAVES STOPPED WORKING
