We downgraded from a larger and higher wattage oven so that may be why we just think this is okay... Our old one wouldn't shut off and we had to get rid of it due to safety. The toasting performance of our older oven was much better. We think this one takes too long to toast things. In hindsight, we should've forked out the extra 40 or so bucks to get the bigger one.

I got this hoping for it's dual purpose of toaster and oven. It doesn't toast bread evenly. Always burned the center of the bread while still soft on the corners :(

The lack of cleaning and care caused our old toaster oven to work only in toaster mode, no oven or broiler heating. This one has an easy to remove and clean plate on the bottom.
