I've been using these Binders for about 10 years. They are wonderful for organizing Craft Project Sheet since most sheets are only 5 x 7 size. They are an easy way to keep track of your spending monthly. You can go back and review your previous receipts to see what wise or unwise purchases were made. With the variety of colors, you can use a different color for each quarter of the year, making it a smooth transition into the Tax Season. Also, the pocket inserts are in various colors so you can have one color binder and a different color insert for each of the four months in the quarter. Just absolutely wonderful.

Purchased 5x8 binder because of sale and overlay custom inserts. Over time the binder will eventually tear at the corners depending how often you use it.
