The tags are very good. There are templates missing without pictures and logos. At least there were none for a mac. A good template with name, function and empty space for a logo would really help much better, than some fancy templates.

I have to admit we tried a less expensive name badge trying to save money. Very bad idea! Compared to the Avery Name Badges the other ones were, well, in a word . . . AWFUL! We are switching back to Avery. The phrase "you get what you pay for" is very true! Thank you Avery for making such a great product!

As a sideline business, I make up name badges for various school reunions, with either school emblems on them or alumni yearbook photos. I've used all three kinds of Avery name badges, and wouldn't use another brand.

I used these badges for a retreat. It was easy to design the badge using Microsoft Word and the Avery form number. With the event inside a correctional institution, sharp objects like pins are not allowed. The clip on the badge holder was excellent and did not damage garments. The badges were used for four days and performed well with no degradation. The plastic holders worked well at protecting the paper badge inserts and the top loading feature ensured the paper badges did not fall out of the holder like other designs tend to do.

I needed name badges that clipped on because the self stick ones keep falling off and people complained. These were a good answer for my organization. They are effective and stayed on very well and are easier to clip on than a pin on badge.
