              what happened to quality

              For more than 17 years I've used this product twice weekly to prepare labels for our newspaper mailing. Over this past 6 months or year the quality has substantially dropped. the backing is too flimsey and if the product should tear apart at the factory it is slopily taped back together. This causes the label at that point to be unuseable plus it causes the printinr to jam up and mess up everything. I have talked with Avery since the box says "Premium Quality Guaranteed" and all they offer is a replacement box of labels. They need to improve the quality by adhereing to the older standards.

              Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
