I didn't need hundreds of labels for my project at work. These labels were just right. We were able to reuse the manila folders that we had.

I have been using various colors of the Avery File Folder Labels for the past 11 years that I have owned my own business. The diffrent colored labels allow me to orgainze my files by the types of services that I provide. I originally handwrote the labels. Once I found out that there were available templates for Word (it took me a month to realize this feature), I started feeding the labels through my printer which now give my files a more professional look and appearance when clientele come into the office and see me with their files. I strongly recommend this product for anyone who likes, wants or needs to be organized in the file folder systems.

The label states that it is compatible with ink jet and laser but the laser ink smears like it is not "fixed" to the label properly.

The labels are just as they are described. I used Avery software for this Avery 5202 product. I used the template on the Avery website to design the labels. Loaded the labels in the printer. Hit print and just like that I had perfect labels. I also use the labels to write on. They are very durable.

My office is responsible for administrative duties to two separate organizations. These easy to use, brightly colored file folder labels keep me sane. I have no problem distinguishing a file because the label makes it clear which organization it belongs to. I use them to label everything from file folders to CD/DVD sleeves. I even use them for some "off label" purposes like marking my postage stamp dispensers. I could not do my job without them. I have never had any problems with them.
