Comments about Avery Heavy-Duty One Touch EZD 3 D-Ring Binder; Non-View, Blue, 3-Ring:
Needed a big binder but its bigger than my other binders as far as depth, it won't fit on the shelf, my other big binders don't stick out as far. Also not enough color choices, need nicer colors

My son needed a new binder for school. We opted to buy the 3" Avery® Heavy-Duty Binder with One Touch EZD® Rings. He is in a class where he teacher requires a 3" binder and we thought this would be the best buy since we've purchased Avery products before. This binder, however is NOT as Heavy Duty as it states and for how much we paid for it. After the first week of use the plastic covering over the binder is already tearing! If you know teenage boys, this binder will not last as long as I had hoped it would.
I buy this product every year

Broke in less than a week

I bought this for my son for middle school, as they *had* to have 3" binders. It broke in the first week. He also has issues with not being able to open and close it. It was also expensive...[$] for a binder seems a bit annoying.
Sturdy binder can take a lot of abuse

Works. Holds paper. Rings stay closed when you turn pages. Ridiculously high price for piece of vinyl covered grey cardboard with a 3 ring metal spine. If you have a 1/2 off coupon have a look. Alternatives not any better quality or price, oh well.
