        I am quality oriented as well as value oriented. Both descriptions fit me when I describe myself. The binders are used in my home so the primary use would be filed under personal use; however all of my business documents are filed in the binders. I am a business oriented person. I want all things to be neat around me and loose items around is not my "cup of tea". All things filed away and organized is my life. The life span of the binders seems to be forever. I do not recall having to replace one because of breakage. Thanks for a product I continue to buy over and over.

            It's is a great notebook. We have tries cheaper versions, and end up cursing all year when we organize our document ! It was worth the money to be able to,easily access any section of our paperwork. The paper easily goes from front to back with no stress. While my husband did initially gripe about the money I spent on the notebook, he is now extremely satisfied with ,y purchase. Even after we added dividers, the papers still flip smoothly in either direction. I guess you could call us happy customers.
