        Only pulled out 2 markers from the box so far, but both are pretty dry. Not much better than the markers I already had in the office. Rather disappointed.

        Service and delivery comments:

        Sales Rep pushed that all shipments are 1 day turn around, which came in 3 separate shipments spread out over 5-6 days. Disappointing considering the ink cartridges I ordered was a must have.
