FYI. I've probably done thousands of Avery templates and products.
MUST know how to use Word and Avery Templates. like all avery templates, its needs some fine tuning regarding correct spacing. you will also need to make sure that your printer can handle a thicker sheet of paper.

These save so much time. Instead of typing labels and putting them on the inserts and then putting the inserts inside the plastic tabs and inserting the tabs into the hanging file folders you just type these and fold and insert into the hanging folders!

I needed tabs that I could print using my computer and these worked great. A little expensive for only 90 tabs, but worth it for the quality and ease of use.

The labels were very easy to setup. Use the Avery software and choose the label and the rest is done for you. Once printed just peel and fold over to create the tab. It then inserts directly into the file folder. The labels are flexible but are not easily torn. If you want them to be a little more stiff, you can insert a small insert right by the folding line, but really you should not have to do that. Also, the label is printed on both sides; this is really nice for the horizontal filing cabinets.

I have used many different Avery products over the years. Many of the required templates are embedded in Microsoft Word, making the job easier. Printed tabs are definitely give a more professional look.

I'm am constantly looking for ways to organize and keep out the clutter. This always improves efficiency and eases the flow of everyday business transactions. I tried the hanging file tabs 5567. I found i only had to print and insert. All done in minutes and looks very neat and proffessional. Thank you, for all of your products seem to be carefully designed for cost efficiency and ease of use.

I do not like handwritten labels as they look unprofessional. If you use the plastic file tabs with the inserts, that is basically the only choice you have. The hanging file folder labels offer you another option - a label that you can type on and print off on the computer. They are great and so easy to use. At the start of a new year, I can update the labels for all my files in a matter of minutes. If I only need one label, that is doable as well. Wonderful product. Kudos to the person who invented these.

I saw these labels in an office supply catalog and ordered the smallest package to try them out. Boy was I surprised!!! I made new labels for all of our office files! No more typewriter, yeah! They are very durable and I have gotten several other secretaries hooked now. Thank you for making our jobs easier!
