The dividers are useful in organizing papers into categorized areas when trying to locate the appropriate paper when needed. Each slot on the cover is large enough to fit the subjects designated to each area. The reference template is easily accessible on line. The template is also accurate to the alignment between the template and the display on the computer. This product was used for a professional display of an employees professional portfolio. It was needed to share with committee members.

Thought I was ordering the regular tab insert deviders, instead these have no insert and are numbered 1 to 8 with a front index page. They're usuable but I prefer the tab with the description of what is behind for easier reference.

It's easy to change the headings by making extra copies of the front page. I use these for multiple projects where the tabs change from event to event. I love them and use them for many projects and events. I buy more when I add staff to a project but have been able to reuse the ones I have for several years.
