I was happy to find this combination pack -- tags and holders in one package. Combined with the "do it on-line" software that Avery offers on their website, it turns out to really be a complete package. With only a little start up issue, I was able to create, print and assemble over 70 personalized badges for our Hagerstown Parkinson's Support Group members in about 3 hours this morning. The quality of these holders is very good and the stock labels are pretty good. They came apart without much problem and the edges were smooth.

We used these for a 3-day conference and they held up well. Much more convenient than the ones with the strings (hanging style). They were a little bulky to put into envelopes with other onsite conference papers but not so that I wouldn't use them again.

The item pictured above is NOT the correct item. I have worked with your Quality people and this should have been fixed by now.

The Participants at our event helped recycle the item for next year. With flimsier product from prior years, they had ignored our signs to "Place Badge Holder Here".

Staples no longer carries the badges we had previously used, but we found these to be an improvement. The plastic was more pliable but it held on tightly to the name inserts.

I've used 3"x4" plastic badges by Avery and other suppliers for years, doing between 150 and 1800 at a shot. This new design requires pushing the paper insert into the badge - a pretty tight fit. It's not a big problem, but it slows the process down. If the insert goes in crooked, it must be removed and reinserted, both of which involve deft force. Also the final badge sits too tall to allow full closure of the cases which hold them in an upright position.

Used these badges for a large meeting, the Avery template was easy to use, inserts separated easily, badge material very well made, and they looked classy. If you have to use name badges, this is a great selection.

I am administrator for a Not-for-profit professional group. I provide name badges for all members. These members prefer a clip-on badge to a pin-on one. This product is perfect and has been used by our organization for at least five years.

My firm has managed events for years and we haven't found a better product than the Avery top loading name badges. The quality is terrific and it is safe for our clients to use and we never fear ruining someones jacket or shirt.
