I tried the Avery software that was "supposed" to be compatibly and it was not. I ended up doing my own and cutting them out using stiff paper.

The cards for insertion need to be carefully detached - they leave jagged edges rather than a crisp tear. Therefore they need to be cleaned up before insertion. The Avery online software does not line up very well for printing - suggest practicing on a blank paper first - the images and items placed on the tag move down as the sheet prints.

Lets face it, we just can't remember every person we meet by name. Its good to have a reminder, elegantly displayed. It keeps one from embarrassment if nothing else. Using this product, taking the time to make labels for all of the attendees of important events, shows professionalism as well as consideration for those of us whose minds aren't photographic. Using the template provided online, it was easy to create the name badges in Microsoft Word, Copy and paste the formatting from cell to cell and mass produce over 100 badges in under an hour. The most time consuming part of the entire exercise was inserting the individual name badges into the sleeve.

I have been running home parties for women since 2005 and have been using the previous version of these name tags that had to fold over the paper name tag. My parties are "dance" parties, so I always had to use scotch tape to hold the name tags in or they would open up and the gal would lose her name.
I didn't know these newer style slide-in holders were available until I purchased them 2 weeks ago. These are PERFECT and exactly what I was wishing for over the past 7 years! Sure, there were other tags that were available, but the were very expensive. These were reasonably priced and I will definitely purchase these again.

Our organization uses pin badges for seminars. In the past, we have used the stiff type that often pop
open and drop the tag. these are like a pocket, soft
enough not to gouge skin. We preprint our tags on
photo paper to get excellent color and saturation,
then cut and insert.
