i have had mine for a year now and with my kids and husband with dirty or greasy hands its works perfectly. no messy soaps or soap bottles and keeps everything clean. never had a problem with it havent had to change the batteries and dispenses the right amount of soap.

I received this dispenser as a gift. It works well EXCEPT that it dispenses too much soap. It puts out about a teaspoon of soap each time, which is maybe twice the amount necessary for a routine handwashing. It is wasteful, and will need refilling in half the time that should be required. Lysol could improve this product by making the amount dispensed ADJUSTABLE, so you can elect to dispense more or less at a time.

I love the idea of no touch, but this product needs work. I put in the refill and it runs continuously dumping the cleanser down the drain. I had to put a container underneath it to catch all the soap. The refills are not cheap and I am not happy that the sink gets more soap than I do. I will never buy any more refills, what a waste of money. I can find no way to stop it, it just runs and runs.

Works great, easy to use and refill. I have a no-touch in every bathroom plus the kitchen system too! I like all of the scents. Great job Lysol!!

I love this product when it worked. It kept working until I changed the batteries. Now it just constantly dispenses so I have to turn it off. So sad. It was great for dispensing kitchen soap when you have chicken hands. I want one that works! But I don't want to risk buying another ten dollar dud. It took a long time before the batteries ran out so I no longer can return it. Lysol, I know other people have had this problem, you should reimburse us. I was going to recommend the product and buy more for the bathrooms but no longer.

Since Lysol's own refills don't fit, I I pry off the cover (takes a little effort) of the bottle that originally came with the dispenser and just refill it and then pop the cover back on. Works like a charm!!

I have 2 dispensers and have never had a problem with the refills. I would like to see some new scents though. CINNAMON OR A VANILLA SCENT would be nice. Cant stand the cucumber one. For the reviewers saying they cant get the refill to fit..again I never had this issue. There is a label like sticker you peel off the bottom of the new refill then just slip refill in place - push down til clicks in place and whalaa.. Simple.

I honestly loved this product when I first starting using it. In the kitchen it was very handy not to have to pump it to wash my hands. I was very happy to see refills and bought them. That's when the problem started! The refills do not fit the soap system I am using. Are there two different systems? One for kirchen and another for bathroom or are the refills supposed to fit all of them? What should I do with the refills that don't fit OR where can I get a no-touch system that will work with these new refills I just bought? I hope you can help..........
