The chair is comfortable but the design of the arm rests is such that every time you sit down you risk tearing apart your pants pockets! Also the fabric in the seatback is pulling out of its anchoring.

I was wary at first in buying this chair since there weren't a lot of reviews at the time, but was really happy on how it turned out! It was even better than the chair we had replaced ($300 value) and our staff is happy.
