The chair is comfortable but the design of the arm rests is such that every time you sit down you risk tearing apart your pants pockets! Also the fabric in the seatback is pulling out of its anchoring.

Our company has been using much more expensive work chairs before but it wouldn't last for more than year! I found this chair and so far it has worked the best! We love the design and it's so easy to glide around our area.

I was wary at first in buying this chair since there weren't a lot of reviews at the time, but was really happy on how it turned out! It was even better than the chair we had replaced ($300 value) and our staff is happy.

We use this chair as a general use chair in the office. Several different people have used this chair and all agree there is not enough padding in the seat.
