This has been a great buy. My work computer is down to, two working USB ports. This has saved me from sending my computer in for a couple of day to be fixed. It also makes it easy to hook my lap top up to my desk monitor, printer, mouse with just one easy plug in. The small things that make life a little easier.

My small light weignt laptop doesn't have near enough USB ports but the light weight is more important for my disabilities and for traveling. This USB hub is perfect for travel. The long cord means it doen't have to be "underfoot" or tend to fall when I move. So far this little device has been more reliable than others that I have purchased. And the cord is not one that tends to twist and fray as others that I have tried. I am quite satisfied with it and if more ports are needed I will purchase another one of these rather than go to a larger single hub.

I wanted a USB hub so I did not have to go to the back of my imac to plug things in. The USB Hub works great and everything works with it. It does require AC to run however that what makes it work with every device you plug in.

I needed a USB hub because my USB ports on my Mac are in the back and everytime I want to plug something in like a flash drive or my camera, I had to go to the back and hook them up - then when I was finished what I was doing, I have to go to back and unplug the device. This hub sits nicely on Mac stand and it is small where it does not take up a lot or room. It does require a AC plug but, that insures whatever you plug in will connect to the computer. I think it was well work the money and I would do it again.
