    Product was what we had expected. We store 10 200 foot paper rolls and are able to store the rack in a classroom closet. Paper is now organized and easier to get to by teachers. Would hidhly recommend to any one wanting a paper rack. Cart is based on 4 wheels and not two as the picture shows; this is a plus!
