I have been needing highlighter pens for a while but have been waiting for a sale. I have several "fat" highlighters but prefer the smaller size of the bic highlighters. They are bright and smooth in application. I have only purchased bic brand pens in the past and only purchased "hi-liter" brand highlighters. If these highlighters last a long time, I will be buying this name brand in the future. As always, and as a loyal Staples shopper, I appreciate your stock including various brands to choose from.

The 5 pack is best for highlighting different areas of interest in a document. I set up a color code for inportant and different points, therefore don't have to look at each highlight and can go right to the area of interest. The clip is a great to clip to papers or book pages. The grip is comfortable for people who have trouble holding a pen.

These look like great highlighters, but I have never purchased any that leak and smudge the way these do. If you buy them, have plenty of soap nearby to frequently wash your hands. These are a mess.

The colors highlighted darker than I thought they would. I got the package just for the blue highlighter, and the blue highlighter does not work well at all. It seemed like it was already out and it has hardly been used. My favorite is the orange highlighter, it is bright, easy to use, and does not bleed through the paper. The others I only use if I have to because they highlight darker, and tend to bleed through the paper more than other highlighter brands I have used. I'll use these highlighters, but next time I'll be buying a different brand.

Their bright and have a great grip and let's me do a fine or thick lines.
