I am an RN who works in an OR; I have to write a lot of info in small fields and it it "ncr" paper so it has to print through. This pen works well and is relatively inexpensive. I will recommend it to my coworkers.

These pens are used by our water plant operators because they don't smear! And they last a pretty long time. Our maintenance crew also uses them quite a bit. The only thing I don't like about them is that they grow legs!

Everyone at work loves these, we fight over them and steal them off each others desks. The ink does run out quicker than what seems normal and can smear on the page. Very nice to write with though. The refills aren't much of a deal either, just buy the new pens.
