BIC Knows How To Make Ball-Point Pens!
Comments about BIC® WideBody® Grip Pen:
PROS: high cost-to-quality ratio; high WOW factor when you give one away; excellent ergonomics & light weight make it a pleasure to write with for long periods; very smooth & effortless writing make you wonder if it isn't gel ink; NO skipping; NO blobbing up of ink on the tip; excellent & substantial clip that works well to clip the pen in your pocket, onto a notebook, etc.; many color & font options to choose from for the pen & graphics; the applied graphics are permanently affixed & of high quality.
CONS (all minor): my special trademark character was deleted & wasn't on the pens when received (call your order in if you need to use any special character such as a copyright or trademark); pens were made in Mexico but webpage HAD stated made in USA; silver barrel color was more of a drab battleship gray.
NOTES: I have a few samples of these pens in different colors, and if you get a grip & top in a light color the rubber grip piece may end up dirty & inky from use which detracts from the looks; that's why I selected black for the grip & top because the pens always look factory fresh after much use. On some samples I have (2-3 years old or more) the rubber grip piece has become sticky (mostly the ones that are clear/white); I don't expect that issue with the black grips I bought but only time will tell.
