DO NOT BUY

About Me Midrange Shopper
This chair has been nothing but problems. The person in our office who uses the chair only bought it because he is TALL - not overweight - and yet the wheels have broken and the chair sags and will not stay in one position. We had to FIGHT with Boss for two months to get replacement wheels (even though they have a "6 year warranty") and I ended up having to file a BBB complaint as well. Terrible products, terrible service. I don't even want to know how long it will take me to get a response from them re: the sagging part of the chair now. DO NOT BUY!
Good, sturdy, comfy chair

I'm a big guy and needed a large, sturdy, comfortable chair with a wide seat. Nothing I dislike more than getting my thighs squished in a seat thats too narrow. This seat offers everything the large man needs in an office chair.

Return for full refund!

As the last reviewer stated, the assembly of the chairs was not for the faint of heart, all the screws were in the base and had to remove them, nothing lined up properly. Once the chair was assembled I sat down and the chair went to the ground. Well under 350lbs. I checked the lever and the chair stayed up then collapsed back down within seconds. I use this desk at my desk in my office and I am on linoleum / with desk pad and the casters fell off the legs in 2 sections. I am returning and going with another manufacturer.

Questionable Quality
By The Church Lady

I am tall, wide hipped and am no where near the weight limit for this chair but I have owned it less than a year and I have had to replace the hydrolic lift and now the replacement is failing and it has been just about 2 months. I will say the company was very nice and quickly sent a replacement part so I was pleased with that but the fact that I have to do it again and the fact the assembly instructions are written in sanskrit make me hesitant. This was a major purchase for my little church to make so I cannot relegate this to a less used office and buy myself another chair so I guess I will just deal with the slow sinking that happens throughout the day. I purchased this chair because I thought it could handle the high traffic (I'm in and out of the chair all day- I don't sit for long periods of time) but the constant re-adjusting of the seat height is an annoyance.

Having had back surgery, I was looking for a sturdy, supportive office chair. I was quite dissapointed when the lift hydrolic stopped working after two weeks. I am not even close to the chair large weight capasity. Additioally, this malfunctioning chair has worsen my back problem.

Not very good
By Tom From AOL
from New Jersey
Chair is pretty plain, but is OK. However, the pneumatic tube broke and the chair would need to be boosted up, then slowly slide down over the next 30 minutes. Doing that repeatedly (all day, every day) is a major drag. This happened with BOTH of the chairs purchased, not just one. And we are not giants, one of us is 225, the other 250 pounds.[...]
