We ordered six chairs for the waiting room. They look good and expensive. We had to order replacement parts for one of the chairs, but the customer service mailed us the replacement parts in a timely manner.

These chairs are used in a managers office. They look great -- very professional. We did have one that cracked in the middle brace when someone sat down in it, but the chair held up and Quill quickly sent a replacement part.

I was pleasantly suprised with these chairs! We ordered 2 of them for our offices. They went together fairly easy, and are comfortable. They are not used every day, or for long periods at a time. Plus they look great!! Very happy customer!
