Lumbar support way too low for us at the office. Caught it on sale and was able to apply a coupon for a great price. Co-worker took it home for her teenager but her husband (big burly man) decided that it was his computer chair. He likes it and it is holding up well for him. It looks a lot nicer than the more expensive chair we bought in the same order. HINT: using an electric screwdriver makes the assembly pretty smooth (our wrists couldn't handle loosening the tight, in place screws to install the hardware). I personally would not consider it as an office chair because good (higher) lumbar support is important to me, but her husband loves it.

I sit in this chair almost 8 hours of every day. I wasn't thrilled about the width between the arms, but the seat and back are very comfortable - comfortable enough that another staff member wanted one. I only hope this one lasts the same 6 years or longer that the last chair lasted.
