The chair looks good and the seat is comfortable, but the lumbar support was not adjustable. For some people it was in the right area and for others like myself the lumbar support was uncomfortable on my back.

I bought these on sale for the management team at the start up of a new project. They love these chairs! I just had a request to buy one after a coworker sat in it. They are really comfortable and sturdy, yet glide easily. The only complaint I've heard is that the armrests appear to not be adjustable, which would be preferred, but it's not a deal breaker. And this is definitly a deal, on sale again just when I need to get another one.
