I bought a thousand of them for our office 12-cup pot, and they were just too big!
Thank goodness the supplier understood and sent us a new box of a slightly smaller filter, and did not ask us to send them back, so we gave them to our church for their events that serve refreshments. (The smaller ones fit the big coffee pot just fine.)

My husband and I wore out coffee pots every 10 months until we bought a Quill restaurant style/professional Bunn coffeemaker from Quill in the early 1990s. We are still using it. I have never found anywhere else to get the 12 cup filters and you can't beat the price and service.

Looked for an inexpensive 1 use filter that would fit a 12 cup commercial coffee machine that used a 9.75" filter. 1st of all Staples provided the filter dimensions which most vendors did not ensuring I got the right size and 2nd they were inexpensive which I would expect for a 1 use throw away product. So far so good after 75 pots of coffee! No complaints from the coffee club drinkers. Filters well - no grit in the coffee pot

I used to be able to find these commercial filters fairly easy. Recently when I couldn't find them I found them at staples on line at half the price I had been paying!!
