I love my printer because it allows me to replace each individual toner as oppose to the entire tray. The only problem is that two colors will run out at the same time or close to the same time so replacement becomes pricey. It was great that what I needed was available. The sales representative on the phone was amazing. She was very polite and courteous.

Until it was brought to our attention by the service technician that our warranty would be void if we did not use the Brother brand of cartridge, we would use a recycled product that we could get for a fraction of the cost! I wish I could say that there is a define difference between the two products, but sadly, the only difference is the price. On a positive note, when I order on line from Staples, I always gave my product the next day.

The cartridges seem to not last as long as I had hoped. They cost way too much. I am about to get rid of the laser printer for this reason--we've spent WAY over the original cost of the printer on cartridges. They do a good job, sharp, clear printing, but simply cost too much and wear out too quickly.
