I usually have to replace the cartridges in my BROTHER color printed about every 2500 pages. I didn't realize that I go through them soo fast. I only use it for color documents for client presentations. NO PICTURES or heavy GRAPHICS...just simple excel sheets and "pie charts".
I will have to pay attention to "page output" on my next printer, but the printer and the ink are great and their durability aregreat. I might need something "stronger" or larger cartidge next time.

Good value, printer with cartridges produces excellent results. Outlasts our ink jet printer cartridges by literally thousands of cycles, thus it's much less expensive to operate in our custom publishing environment.

This Brother printer is used in a custom publishing business where we printout page layouts for basic proofing as well as letters, documents, etc. The Brother is proving an excellent full-color laser printer, easy to maintain and use. Much less expensive to operate than our ink jet printers.
